2008年11月11日，达夫发行了她的第五张专辑《Best Of Hilary Duff》，亦为其继《Most Wanted》之后，第二张新曲+精选。2007年9月，达夫表示，在Dignity Tour的巡演曲目表中的一首新歌《Reach Out》将会作为单曲发行，同时《Dignity》也将再版，收录一些原作混音及两首新歌《Reach Out》和《Holiday》。

出生于美国休斯敦的Hilary，2001年因为主演迪士尼频道的影集《新成长烦恼Lizzie
McGuire》而人气爆红，成为全球青少年心目中最优质的甜美偶像。2003年华特迪士尼制片发表了《新成长烦恼电影版 The Lizzie McGuire
Movie》，将她带上大银幕。之后陆续参与了《灰姑娘的玻璃手机 Cinderella Story》、《小鬼特务 Agent Cody Banks》、《超完美男人
Perfect Man》、《儿女一箩筐 Cheaper by the Dozen》、与《拜金女 Material
Girls》等片演出，一直到进军歌坛，成为专辑销量至今已突破一千三百万张的白金认证歌手，Hilary一路走来总是举止高雅合宜。今天Hilary依旧是以她一贯的甜美形象和闪耀在镁光灯下，在Hollywood唱片集团旗下发表最新专辑《爱的尊严
Dignity》。
在19岁时，Hilary已是一个在歌唱以及创作上皆臻成熟的歌手。她的首张冠军专辑《甜心日记
Metamorphosis》创下四白金的销售佳绩，第二张同名专辑和《神采风扬 (新歌+精选) Most Wanted》共计卖出三百万张。Hilary拥有〈So
Yesterday〉、〈Come Clean〉、〈Fly〉与〈Wake Up〉等多首Top 40金曲。《神采风扬 (新歌+精选) Most

Hilary今年有不少令人期待的电影作品即将问市，其中包括她与约翰库萨克(John
Cusack)、班金斯利(Ben Kingsley)以及玛丽莎托梅(Marisa Tomei)共同主演的《War
Inc.》，以及由她担任配音的动画钜片《食物大战 Foodfight》。最近Hilary专属的香水With
Love已经上市，而其广告则是由知名摄影师兼导演Matthew
